On August 24, 2006, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) issued a final decision that grants Southern California Edison Company (SCE) a waiver from filing a test year 2007 cost of capital (COC) application for its regulated utility operations subject to CPUC jurisdiction. The table below details SCE’s 2007 authorized cost of capital and capital structure which are the same as its cost of capital and capital structure authorized for 2006.
