Diane L. Featherstone is vice president and general auditor of Edison International and its utility subsidiary, Southern California Edison.
Before joining Edison in September 2002, Featherstone was most recently vice president of management consulting and auditing at Constellation Energy Group in Baltimore. She was responsible for improving corporate performance by identifying, assessing, and mitigating business risks, assuring adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and helping internal clients improve business processes.
Previously, Featherstone was president and CEO of Constellation Energy Source, an energy services company marketing gas and energy efficiency products and services to commercial and industrial customers, and managing director of strategic planning for Constellation Power Source.
Featherstone also held several managerial positions in finance, accounting, and human resources at Baltimore Gas and Electric Company.
A certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner, Featherstone earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history from Towson University in Maryland and a Master of Arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
