Linda Sullivan is vice president and controller of Edison International and its utility subsidiary, Southern California Edison. She joined Edison in 1991 and was elected to her current role on June 1, 2005.
Sullivan has extensive regulated and non-regulated business experience. She has held numerous leadership roles across the company in accounting, financial management, business planning and budgeting, SEC reporting and internal control. As the vice president and controller for both corporations, Sullivan has overall responsibility for corporate financial accounting and reporting, internal control, property accounting, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Sullivan is a certified public accountant and certified management accountant. She earned a B.S. in business administration and accounting from Portland State University.
