Electricity
Invisible energy capable of moving 186,000 miles per second. It is a natural phenomenon. It is magnetic, colorless, weightless, and odorless. It has no size and it will give off static.
Energy Services Provider (ESP)
An ESP provides electric power and ancillary services (including, but not limited to, aggregators, brokers and marketers, but excluding utilities) to an end-use customer. An end-use customer can act as its own ESP as long as it meets all requirements for an ESP.
ESP
Electric Service Provider. A third party from whom you can purchase Direct Access services, like electricity generation.
